Its experience in the 5 axis thermoforming and the machining of the opaque materials, for the internal dressings and the parts of structures (Polycarbonate, ABS, Soft Touch) and the parts of external body tinted in mass (ABS / PMMA) allows him to assure the realization of any element intended for the manufacture of the prototype in the big series.
The large size machines up to 3 000 X 2 000, allow to thermoform large-sized parts or to make multi-prints. In this way, we can thermoform in a single cycle, either several different parts composing a panoply, or thermoform several prints of the same part, to reduce the costs.
